| The Board met on October 8, 2002 for a potluck dinner at the home of
Bob and Ellen Lilley. The Holiday Party, Caroling on the Trolley and an
update on the Thanksgiving Dinner cooperative event were planned. A New
Year's Eve party was suggested, and a committee will be sought.
Other possible event ideas include a Vegas trip to see Circue du Soleil ... Who wants to be on that committee! They'll be heroes! Fifteen new members were approved. A few proposals were introduced for bylaws changes -- most were "fine-tuning" of the original bylaws. Members, check the bylaws page in the members' section of the web site. Again, a fine time was had by all, and business was indeed transacted. Members: The message here is that Board membership is FUN! |
