Installation of Graduates Board, 2003-Term 2 - July 7

The Graduate Installation luncheon was held on July 7th, 11:45 am at Piatti Restaurant in the Montecito upper village. Choices:
1. Caesar con Pollo - Whole romaine hearts with sliced rosemary-marinated chicken breast, garlic rubbed croutons and classic Caesar dressing. 
2. Insalata di Salmone - Seared fresh salmon on top of organic greens with cucumber, red onion, and tomato in a lemon vinaigrette. 
3. Ravioli Pomodoro - Housemade egg ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese served in a delicious tomato sauce.

Michael McCaleb, Darlene Amundsen, Polly Clement and Michael Koelsch participated in the Installation at Piatti Restaurant.

New Board member Christine Holland joins Polly and Darlene as Darlene accepts the reins of The Graduates.

Outgoing past president Berkeley Meigs receives thanks from immediate past president Ellen Lilley...
