The Graduates Board Meeting, March 19, 2003

The monthly meetings of the Board of Directors for The Graduates are always fun and effective both!
This one, at the Lilleys' home, featured the traditional potluck dinner, and included such agenda items as

Treasurer Report -- we are solvent, and the Club can afford to provide some support for special membership events.

Membership -- We have 99 members at this time, and several more expressions of interest which may result in new memberships.

Hospitality -- E-mail and the web continue to be effective methods for communication at low cost.
We also arrange for information to be sent to those members who do not have e-mail.

Activities -- A wide variety of activity plans are in the works, and the board discussed the potential calendar for
the next 6-8 months. Seasonal events like Cinco de Mayo and Summer Solstice parties, and
continuing activities such as Bunko, Book Review and Gourmet Dining are all on tap!
The Activities Subcommittee meets just prior to the next Board meeting for more detailed planning.

For a review of recent activities, visit the "Scrapbook" link from the Graduates home page.
