Italian Gourmet Dinner at Home - November 9 !

Nancy Lieberman and Jerry Jensen have just returned from a week of Italian cooking lessons with GiulianoHazan at a villa just outside of Verona. They would like to share some recipes with their Graduate friends at the next gourmet dinner event on November 9.  Menu for the evening is shown below. Format for the dinner is as usual. Volunteer hosts will provide seating for 6-10 guests with recipes provided ahead of time to participating diners. 
Make your reservations by October 29 by calling or e-mailing Laurie Anderson at ljanders99@aol.com or 566-9531. This will allow time for table and menu assignments at each table. When you contact Laurie, please remember to give your name and phone number and whether you are willing to host a dinner. Participation will be limited to number of tables volunteered. 
MENU 
Grissini with prosciutto; Venetian style liver patè 
Rustic soup with chick peas and porcini 
Chicken breasts with red, green, and yellow peppers 
Fennel with parmesan cheese; Chocolate/espresso mousse cake 

Italian wine pre-selected for the evening. Costs will be tallied and shared equally at the time .
