The installation of The Graduates officers will take place at Piatti's Ristorante on Thursday, July 8th, at 11:30 AM.  They are located at the corner of East Valley Road and San Ysidro Road, in the Montecito Upper Village. (All Graduates are invited to attend, but we will have a limit by space.)

             Our choices for lunch will be one of the following three entrees:

                                             Caesar con Pollo
       Whole romaine hearts with sliced rosemary-marinated chicken breast, 
                  garlic rubbed croutons and classic Caesar dressing

                                          Insalata di Salmone
          Seared fresh salmon on top of organic greens, cucumber, red onion,
                                  and tomato in a lemon vinaigrette

                                              Ravioli Pomodoro
           Housemade egg ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese
                              served in a delicious tomato sauce

                                  For dessert: Sorbetto with biscotti.

  Included with be coffee, tea (hot or iced) with refills or soda with no refills.

                                         Cost is $23 per person
