Enjoy an at-home chili supper on Saturday, September 11 with your Graduate friends. Format will be the usual, with tables of 6 to 10 at volunteer homes with costs being shared equally.   The highlight of the menu will be the award-winning chili recipe from the very first Newcomers chili cook-off in July, 2001. At each host's option, guests may also prepare their favorite chili recipes if more than one is desired.   Otherwise the menu will be straightforward:

Margaritas and/or Mexican beer
Green salad
Cornbread
Flan

Polly Clement is handling reservations.   Let her know if you can host a table. Participation will be limited only by the number of volunteered tables. The deadline for sign-ups is September 2, to allow planning time.
