April 25 for a Graduate Scandinavian brunch. Committee members
Darlene Amundsen, Joyce Anderson, Mavis Mayne
and Jerry Jensen (Scandinavians all) are planning a mid-day gourmet event with a pleasing spring menu. It will begin with an akavit toast to
Graduate friendship!

Let her know if you can host
a table of 6 to 10 people at your home.
Participation is limited
only by number of chairs so volunteered.
Everyone attending will help
prepare the food with recipes provided by the event committee through the
table hosts.
Costs will be shared equally
on the day of the brunch.

The Scandanavian Brunch planned for April 25 is proving to be popular.
Individual and host home sign-ups are proceeding well. You can still participate, however, by contacting Nancy Lieberman.
Deadline for sign-ups is April 15 to allow time for table seating and
menu assignments. Your Scandinavian menu planning committee (Joyce Anderson,
Darlene Amundsen, Jerry Jensen, and Mavis Mayne) offers the following to

Recipes for these dishes will be provided to table hosts for subsequent
assignment to participating diners.
Time for this Sunday event will be between 11:00 and 1:00 as decided
by each host.
