Gourmet Dining:  JULIA  CHILD  DINNER, November 13

As previously announced, the next Graduate gourmet dinner will honor Julia Child, iconic gourmet cooking teacher. Thanks to Polly Clement for this event idea.

A menu committee (Nancy Lieberman, Marilyn Conrad, and Marie-Paule Hajdu) have pored over their well-worn Julia Child cookbooks and have decided on the French feast detailed below.  If you would like to participate in preparation of this special dinner at a volunteer Graduate home on November, 13 let Nancy know. Let her know too if you can host a table of 8 to 10 people at your home.

Costs will be shared equally on the night of the dinner as usual. Bring your own preferred wine or drink.
