GOURMET SPRING DINNER
Well, we have had April showers,
(and January, February and March showers). Now it's time for spring flowers
and a wonderful gathering of friends to celebrate Spring and the Memorial
Day weekend.
Our
spring time gourmet menu will feature:
-Sun-dried tomato
dip served with toasted pita and fresh vegetables
-Roasted eggplant
spread
-Cornucopia Salad
-Grilled Leg of Lamb
-Sauteed Asparagus
and Snap Peas
-New Potato Salad
-Pavlova with fresh
strawberries
We will start a bit earlier
so we can enjoy gardens if available and whatever Spring has to offer.
We will gather at 5 for cocktails with dinner to follow.

As usual, we need host homes.
Please let us know if you would be willing to host and how many guests
you can accept. Maybe even one larger home might host this event! (We have
had an offer of one large home at this time. If the group remains a reasonable
size, we will all fit in one place)
Cost will be determined by
the purchases and divided among the guests the evening of the event.
Each guest is invited to
bring their own choice of wine.
