Stride by the tide every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. All walkers of all levels are welcome to stride by the tide with us for about an hour of fun and exercise. Also, please join us afterwards to wind down at the Brown Pelican. What a great way to start the day or the weekend!

When and Where: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:45 AM at Hendry's Beach (Arroyo Burro Park). Meet on the steps by the Brown Pelican Restaurant, 2981 Cliff Dr, SB. Directions: Exit 101 Fwy at Las Positas, and turn toward the ocean to the end. Turn right at Cliff Dr, and drive a short distance to Arroyo Burro Park entrance on the left. Park close to the water.

Cost: None, unless you stay for coffee afterwards. For those who stay after to socialize at the Brown Pelican, we would appreciate a small donation if you do not order a beverage or breakfast. This ensures that we are not taking advantage of how nice the staff has been in accommodating our large group.
