Spices! Sunday, April 15 -- 2-5 pm

SPICES

Hot?  Sweet?  Mild or Tangy?

Another great event from the Natural History of Food series
from the S.B.Museum of Natural History.
Sunday, April 15, 2:00—5:00 p.m.

Not sure which spices to use or when to use them?  Join us to discover the tantalizing power of spices.  Learn the importance of spices in cuisine, economics, health, and society.  Excite your senses as you stroll creekside along a tasting path with flavorful delights from local chefs (Restaurant NU, Sur le Table, C'est Cheese, The Travel Chef and others).  Sample complementary wines from local wineries, such as Buttonwood, Jaffurs and more, as well as locally brewed beer and ale.

Once again, we have been given a special group rate of $40.  No need to call ahead to reserve.
Just send your check to Polly Clement before the cutoff of April 10th
Make your check out to S.B. Museum of Natural History.
