UPDATE FOR HEARST CASTLE CHRISTMAS
EXPERIENCE TOUR
IMPORTANT!!!!!
DATE CHANGE!!!
Margaret Jose 687.3073.
DECEMBER 16, NOT DECEMBER
9
I just spoke with Joe
at Hearst Castle Group Sales, who corrected some of the misinformation
I was given previously. Most importantly, the December 9 tour will not
have "guests of Mr.. Hearst" in 1930's clothing. This makes a huge difference
to the experience, so I am rescheduling to December 16 at 5.30. There is
no group discount for the Christmas Tour, so the charge of $30 remains
the same. I made the reservation in the name of the Santa Barbara
Graduates, & added reservations for the 4.30pm showing of "Hearst Castle,
Building a Dream", which costs $6.
The reservations are on my
Visa, & I made a group reservation for 40 graduates.
DO NOT CALL ON AUGUST 11 TO
MAKE INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS!!! WE ARE CONFIRMED FOR
DECEMBER 16
Total Cost= $36.00 per
person.
I hope this change does not
affect the Graduates who signed on. Please call me to confirm or cancel.
I have notified The Bluebird
Inn of the change in plans.
Their phone number is 800/552.5434,
& members may call direct if they wish to stay there.
My apologies, but I am thankful
that this is accurate information.
I will give the information
for sending checks to me at a later date.
