HISTORY in 60 MINUTES
The Santa Barbara Historical
Museum is conducting a docent tour of their Museum for The Graduates on
Thursday November 8th at 3:30 PM. They will explain the interesting
evolution of our City since the Spaniards first arrived here. This
is a compact Museum that has a number of exhibits. Also the painting
collection of Edward Borein, entitled “Coloring the West,” will be on display.
Reservations are limited
to 20 people and can not be accepted before October 15 as we will be out
of town. Call Dianne Miles for confirmation. The Museum does
not charge for their services, but we are asking for $5.00 per person which will
be donated to the Museum. Upon confirmation, please make your check
payable to “The Graduates” and mail it to Dianne Miles.

Parking: Limited parking
is available behind the Museum. Enter through the De la Guerra
driveway which is close to Santa Barbara Street. Optional: After the
tour we can meet at the Wine Cask’s bar (Intermezzo), which is a block
away
at 813 Anacapa Street,
for a beverage
