GRADUATE GOURMET DINING
THANKSGIVING DINNER
Join
in celebrating Thanksgiving (November 22) with other graduates who for
some reason will not be with family for the holiday. We will enjoy a wonderful
menu from ’bon apetit’ magazine this month creating a ‘bon apetit’ dinner
on November 22.
Participants will all prepare
some part of the menu and will share in the total costs of wine and food,
as is usual for Graduates Gourmet Dinners.

November 14th. Also, if you are interested in being a host home, please
let Nancy know.

Lemon-herb turkey with lemon-garlic
gravy
Cornbread dressing with
roasted fall vegetables
Potato gratin with porcini
mushrooms and mascarpone cheese
Sauteed parsnips and carrots
with honey and rosemary
Cranberry and blood orange
relish
Dipping biscuits
Orange cheesecake with candied
kumquats
Sweet potato pie with marshmallow
meringue
Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc
Cabernet Sauvignon
