We begin a series of adventures
in dining in Santa Barbara with the highly regarded oceanside restaurant,
The FisHouse. Preceding the delicious three-course dinner there will
be a wine tasting conducted by the Santa Barbara Winery, and appetizers
courtesy of the FisHouse.
Date and Time:
Sunday, February 24th. No-host bar gathering at 5:30, wine tasting
at 6:00, followed by dinner.
Place: The FisHouse,
101 E. Cabrillo Blvd.—ample parking in the side lot.
Cost: $35, including
soft drinks, coffee, tax and gratuity.

(made out to "The Graduates) to her.
Be sure to include on your
check, or in a note, your three selections of soup/salad—entrée—dessert.

SALAD or
CLAM CHOWDER
ENTRÉE
HALIBUT pan braised in white
wine. Served with fried potato pancake, sautéed spinach, and
roasted tomato sauce or
WILD SALMON, grilled, chive-basted
mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables or
SEA BASS MACADAMIA, local white
sea bass rolled in chopped macadamia nuts and baked golden brown, served
with rice and sugar snap peas with a lemon beurre-blanc sauce or
PRIME TOP SERLOIN STEAK, served
with chive mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
DESSERT
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE or
NEW YORK CHEESECAKE, topped
with raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
Cost is $35, soft
