Saturday on the Green

This event is being sponsored by the 
Mackenzie Park Lawn Bowls Club.

Here’s an opportunity to try something new, or something again if you have already experienced the sport of Lawn Bowling.  Details: 
· Open House Saturday May 10 from 10:00 AM ‘til 3:00 PM.  Come whenever you like. 
· See a demonstration of Lawn Bowling by internationally ranked bowlers 
 
 

· Get instructions by club coaches on the basics of Lawn Bowling.
· Get on the grass and experience the fun of trying this ancient and genteel sport.
· Relax at the clubhouse and enjoy some pizza, beer, wine or soft drinks.
There is no charge for this event and no limit as to how many can attend.  You don’t have to call or sign-up.  Just show up and members of the club will take it from there.
Make it a family affair if you’d like.
Please wear flat soled shoes to help protect the grass.

The Mackenzie Park Lawn Bowls Club is located on the upper level of Mackenzie Park which is located at the corner of State Street and Las Positas.  From the intersection go up Las Positas about a hundred yards and turn left.  There will be a sign at the entrance.  Proceed to the parking lot on the upper level.
