Elegant Wine Pairings
Saturday Evening, May 24

A gathering of 24 wine lovers is planned at the home of Bill and Kathy Weber, to test our palates in a blind  tasting of premium California and French wines. There will be three varietal pairs (6 wines) to sample and compare. The Committee will provide hors d’oeuvres, cheese, bread, and other accompaniments.

When: Saturday, May 24, 5-7 pm.
Cost: $30. Limited to 24 (16 plus Committee). 

Reservations will be taken by telephone only, beginning at 10am, Friday, May 2. Call Joe and Pat Boris.
Send your check, payable to The Graduates, to Joe Boris. Payment must be received by May 16 to hold your reservation. No cancellation refunds after May 21, unless someone on the waiting list can take your place.
Where: In San Roque Foothills. We will sip on the patio overlooking the valley,  ocean, and islands beyond, so bring a jacket or sweater for the evening breezes.
