Picnic at Hope Ranch - October 1, 5 pm

JOIN US FOR THE GRADUATES HOPE RANCH PICNIC 
ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2009 at 5:00 pm.

Join the Graduates for a scrumptious catered picnic (baby back ribs and chicken) at a campground in Hope Ranch with tables for up to 70 guests. 

Bring your own wine, beer, or drink of choice. Be sure to put your name on the drink that you bring.  Water will be provided. 

Cost is only $5.00, with remaining costs hosted by The Graduates. Guests may be accommodated (at $12.00) if space exists. 

RSVP to Mary Maxwell. 

After confirmation, mail your check for $5 per person to Mary Maxwell. 

Directions will be sent with confirmation.  Checks must be received by Saturday, September 26th. 

Remember to bring a jacket, as it will get cool after the sun sets.  Car pooling is strongly suggested, as parking is limited. It is a short walk to the beach to see the sunset.

The Graduates had a wonderful afternoon evening at the Hope Ranch picnic grounds sponsored by Berkeley Meigs & Mike McCaleb. Our caterers provided a very delicious barbeque of chicken and ribs with their own home made sausage. Music was provided by a guitarist for listening and even some dancing and all of this at a cost of only $5 per person. The remaining cost was funded by the Graduates Club.

A committed headed by Darlene Amundsen included Barbara Cunningham, Catherine Leffler, Bob & Diane Miles, Patty & Charlie Walworth and Peggy Winkler.
