Picnic Concert at the Music Academy of the West 
For decades these concerts have been a must-go-to summer event for Santa Barbara music lovers. Join other Graduates to picnic in the lovely grounds of the Miraflora campus 
followed by a concert by the Academy fellows in Hahn Hall. 
Date: July 23, 2010 
Picnic: 5.30 pm 
Concert: 7.30 pm 
Cost: $ 25 for the concert 
Please bring your own picnic food and drinks and utensils. Tables will be reserved for us. 
Reservation: Attendance is limited to 15. Please make your reservations by June 30 by e-mailing  or calling Doris Frey.
After confirmation please send a check for $25 made out to 
Doris Frey. No refunds unless there is a waiting list. 
Directions: 
From the North or South: 
Take Highway 101 to the Olive Mill Road exit. 
Turn toward the ocean (right if from the North, left if from the South). 
Cross the railroad tracks and continue as Channel Drive curves to the right. 
Follow Channel Drive as it passes Butterfly Beach on your left. 
At the stop sign, continue up the hill and follow the road as it curves to the right and becomes Fairway Road. 
Turn Right into the Music Academy of the West. Follow the signs for parking.
