Trolley Tour with Tom Nilsen -- February 23, 1:00 pm


 
 

Trolley Tom has arranged a second trolley tour for the Graduates' East Beach Walkers. This tour was full, but another tour has been arranged for March 16. This second tour is also open to Newcomers, so sign up early!
 

The tour is set for Tuesday, February 23, at 1:00 from the Visitors' Center on Cabrillo. As with the last tour, we will be visiting many Art in Public Places installations, discussing historical aspects of Santa Barbara, visiting the Frog Shrine and the Pig House, and gaining a better understanding of our community. The tour lasts about two hours. The cost is $14 each. If you are interested email Tom Nilsen to get your name on the list. Once the tour is a go, you will be notified about specifics.

Since we’ll be visiting the Frog Shrine and the Pig House, you may wish to bring an item to leave. We’ll depart the Visitors’ Center on Cabrillo at exactly 1:00 on Tuesday, February 23, for our two-hour plus tour of Santa Barbara. You’re welcome to bring wine or other beverages.

Parking at the Visitors’ Center is available in the pay lot or limited free street parking on the beach side of Cabrillo Blvd. Make sure you plan on arriving in plenty of time to figure out the parking fee system and to be on the trolley before we leave at 1:00.
