"Dr. Linda Hatch of Santa Barbara was appointed by Gov. Gray Davis to the Napa State Hospital Advisory Board.  Dr. Hatch served as a clinical psychologist for Santa Barbara County's Alcohol, Drub and Mental Services department from 1996 to 2000, and from 2001 to the present."
